What is a METALIVE mobile ticket?
A METALIVE mobile ticket is a secure ticket that you receive on your Android or IOS smartphone using the METALIVE mobile application which gives access to a physical and/or virtual event.

How do I get my tickets from METALIVE?
You need to download the METALIVE app from the Apple Store if you have an iPhone or from Google Play if you have an Android smartphone. By following the link you receive after purchasing your ticket.
Can I use a Windows smartphone to get my METALIVE tickets?
The METALIVE application is only available for iOS and Android.
It is not compatible with Windows smartphones. If you have purchased mobile tickets and have a Windows smartphone, please contact the event organisers’ customer service.
Can I transfer my METALIVE tickets to my laptop and print them?
No, METALIVE tickets are only secure if they are stored on your mobile phone and cannot be transferred to a computer. They are not valid if printed.
Do I need a METALIVE account?
Yes, when you download the METALIVE application or a branded application, you need to create or log in with an account.
Is my METALIVE account the same as my ticketing account (the account I use to buy my tickets)?
No, your METALIVE account is independent of any other ticketing account. You can receive tickets from multiple ticketing systems in your single METALIVE account.
I can’t register in the application, what can I do?
Please ensure that you have correctly entered the required fields below:
The email you used to purchase the tickets. Your email is indicated in the emails you receive.
The 6-digit activation code received by email.
The password: it must contain at least 8 characters including at least 1 upper case letter (e.g. X), 1 lower case letter (e.g. y) and a number (e.g. 1).
If necessary, use the “Resend Activation Code” feature to receive a new activation code. (Only the last activation code received is valid).
Why will I receive an email?
After purchasing your METALIVE ticket, you will receive 2 emails:
One email will invite you to download the application;*
An email will inform you about the activation code.
When you send a METALIVE ticket to a user who does not have the METALIVE application, he will also receive the 2 emails mentioned above.
I have changed my smartphone. How can I get/download my METALIVE tickets on my new smartphone?
Install the METALIVE application on your new phone and login with your email address and password.
I forgot my password. How do I get my tickets from METALIVE?
Request a new password using the “Forgot your password” function in the application.
Why don’t my tickets appear in the METALIVE application?
Make sure you have entered your email address correctly. To get your tickets, you must use the same email address you used to purchase the tickets. If you need to log in with a different email address, log out of the app and log in with the correct email address.
Your tickets will be available in the METALIVE app within minutes of purchase. Refresh the ticket list with the button to see the updated ticket inventory.
If your tickets were originally sent to you by another METALIVE user, the original sender may have cancelled the shipment and you should check with the person who sent you the tickets.
Do I need an internet connection?
You need an internet connection to get new tickets for METALIVE.
Where can I find more details?
On the tickets you can find detailed information about the ticket by clicking on the button at the bottom of the ticket.
Why doesn’t the barcode appear on my METALIVE ticket?
Your barcode is securely stored, and you do not see it at first. The barcode will appear when your ticket is activated, usually a few minutes or hours before the doors open on the day of the event. The activation time is indicated on your ticket.
The barcode may also appear when you enter the venue using Bluetooth technology. Activate the Bluetooth technology on your phone and enter the venue, the barcode will appear.
Can I send a METALIVE ticket to a friend?
Yes, you can safely send your METALIVE ticket to a friend using the app’s send function. Make sure you send the tickets before they are activated.
How will my recipient know that I have sent tickets?
If you send a ticket to a friend who does not have a METALIVE account, they will receive an email inviting them to download the METALIVE app and create an account.
If you send a ticket to a friend who already has a METALIVE account, your friend will receive a notification with their ticket directly in their METALIVE app.
Can I send back a ticket I received?
Yes, a ticket can be sent to a new recipient (or returned to the sender) after it has been received.
Where can I find the list of sent / received tickets?
In the “Transfer History” tab, you will find a list of all tickets sent and received, with the name of the sender or recipient.
I bought several tickets for METALIVE, should I send the extra tickets to my friends or should I keep them on my phone?
It is recommended to send the tickets to friends to give them the opportunity to choose the time of their arrival at the venue.
What if my friend does not have a smartphone?
If you are going to the venue with a friend who does not have a smartphone, you can keep the ticket on your phone and enter the venue together.
What if I never received the “Ticket sent” email?
If you were expecting a ticket but never received an email notification, check your junk mail folder and contact the sender. The sender may cancel the current ticket and then resend it to you.
When can I send tickets for METALIVE?
You can send METALIVE tickets at any time before they are activated. The activation time is indicated on the ticket. In general, after activation you will not be able to send any more tickets. You can submit a ticket as soon as the “submit” button appears.
Can I cancel the sending of a METALIVE ticket?
Yes, you can cancel the transfer of a METALIVE ticket before it reaches the recipient. The recipient will receive the ticket when they log in and open the METALIVE application. Once the transfer is successful, it cannot be cancelled.
If you accidentally sent the ticket to the wrong email address, after cancellation you can resend the ticket to the correct email address.
Why do I still see a ticket after I have submitted it?
Immediately after sending a ticket, it remains in the “my tickets” tab, marked as “In transfer”, until the ticket is received by the recipient. As soon as the ticket is received, it moves from “my tickets” to the “Transfer History” tab.

How do I prepare my smartphone to enter the venue?
Your phone’s battery must be charged.
Do I need an internet connection to enter the venue?
If you have already received your tickets, you do not need an internet connection to activate your METALIVE ticket when you enter the venue.
How do I enter the venue with METALIVE tickets?
Simply present your mobile device with your barcoded ticket to enter the venue. To display the barcode, press the bottom of the ticket. The barcode will usually appear a few minutes or hours before the doors open. You will not see a barcode until after the activation time.
The barcode may also appear when you enter the venue using Bluetooth technology. Activate the Bluetooth technology on your phone and enter the venue, the barcode will appear. This is an activation option that should be mentioned by the event organiser in such a case.
Can I use a screenshot of my ticket?
No, screenshots of tickets will not be accepted. Tickets must be presented in the METALIVE application or in a branded application. Copies of barcodes submitted via third party applications, screenshots or printouts will not be accepted on the site.
Can I send in tickets from METALIVE on site?
Yes, you can send in your tickets before they are activated. Tickets are activated a few hours or minutes before the doors open. In general, after activation, you cannot send tickets.
What if I lose connectivity after I have collected my tickets?
If you have previously uploaded your tickets to the METALIVE application, your tickets can be viewed without an internet connection.
The method of activating tickets (time, Bluetooth or manual) is usually different for each event.
As connectivity may be intermittent at the venue, we encourage you to download your tickets to your device before you go to the event.
What should I do if my mobile device battery runs out?
Make sure you come to the venue with a charged battery. You will not be able to present your tickets without a battery.
You can log in with your credentials on another phone to retrieve your ticket and possibly transfer it to a friend’s account. This way, you can retrieve your ticket and your friend’s tickets on the same phone and account.
Some venues have phone chargers. Some venues have on-site customer service that can help you with this.
